Fill Word is an offline-first word puzzle game. This policy explains what information is handled when you use Fill Word, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Information stored on your device

Fill Word stores game progress, completed levels, coin and hint balances, selected language, sound and vibration preferences, daily challenge state, rewards, and other gameplay settings locally on your device. Fill Word does not require an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, camera, health data, financial information, or government identification.

2. Advertising and information processed by Google

Fill Word uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and the type of advertising permitted, Google and its partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, app interactions, diagnostics, ad performance, and measurement information. This information may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. The developer does not sell personal information.

3. Consent and advertising choices

Fill Word uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent where required. Where available, you can review or change advertising choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices. You may also reset or delete the Android advertising identifier through your device settings.

4. Analytics

Fill Word uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, improve stability, and improve gameplay. Analytics events may include the app language and version, level identifiers and characteristics, gameplay duration, hint usage, progression events, and advertising request results. These events do not include names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, messages, or user-entered text.

Firebase may process device or other identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information, and approximate location inferred from the IP address according to Google's privacy policies.

5. Data sharing and third-party services

The developer does not operate a user-account server and does not receive your locally stored game progress. Data handled by Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and the User Messaging Platform is governed by Google's terms, privacy policies, and retention practices. Google and its partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Security

Fill Word limits its Android permissions to internet access required for advertising and analytics. Information transmitted by Google services is protected in transit using industry-standard secure connections. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until you reset progress, clear app storage, or uninstall Fill Word. Information processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and your applicable privacy and advertising settings.

8. Children

Fill Word is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information processed by advertising and analytics providers. You can use available in-app privacy controls, clear the app's local data, uninstall Fill Word, or contact us with a privacy question. Requests relating to information controlled by Google may need to be submitted directly to Google.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Fill Word's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated when changes are published.
